Crafting a polychromatic digital pop-up store
The Rainbow collection is a vibrant tribute to the spirit of the House created by Men's Artistic Director Virgil Abloh. The venture called for a new kind of digital pop-up store that would reflect the craft and creativity of the clothing itself.
Louis Vuitton has never shied away from a bold idea. Inspired by the saturated hues of the collection, the ‘A piece of the Rainbow’ digital popup imagines a new kind of product experience that blends video, real-time 3D and immersive content. The rainbow becomes the navigation bar, sliding us across a kaleidoscope of colour, with product details revealed interactively through the use of real-time-3D engine.
The result is a vibrant and playful space. Visitors are transported into the rainbow where every colour has a unique universe and evokes its own feeling.
