There’s a lot to get your head around, which is why Disneyland Paris needed their companion app to be reimagined as simple, intuitive and fun to use. Streamlining and personalising such a wealth of information would require a truly human-centric design approach.

To help guests get the most out of their time in the park, we needed to revisit every part of the customer journey, bringing magic at every step.
With personalisation at its heart, the new companion app optimises each guests Disneyland experience. An interactive map enables visitors to navigate the park easily, while the ‘magic wand’ filter reduces noise, showing guests only what they’re interested in.
Estimated wait times are updated instantly to allow for better planning, and park hours, accessibility information and daily schedules ensure guests don’t miss anything at the happiest place on earth.

To promote the Disneyland Paris App, we also created a campaign where all heroes of Disney take the stage to promote a contextualised feature themselves. Who else than Nemo can promote “Way finding features” in the App so you don’t get lost again?
We imagined a series of communication assets displayed inside and outside the park so the consumers can discover the App before entering the magic!
